Guidelines
Visitors
Visitors are welcome at Felycia's Home ALF.
Visiting hours are from 9 am to 9 pm. daily. Residents have the right to private communication. There are no time restrictions on visits, as long as other residents' rights and comfort are respected.
In-person visits are encouraged and allowed with the resident's approval.
At our facility, we encourage visitors to support residents during end-of-life situations and those experiencing emotional distress or changes in their environment. Visitors need to engage with residents who may need cueing to eat or drink, and to interact with those who may not speak as often as they once did. Your presence can make a significant difference in well-being. Thank you for being an essential part of the community.

Essential Caregivers
Essential caregivers are individuals designated by a resident or representative who play a crucial role in providing support and care to the. They may have variances to standard visiting hours to ensure that the resident receives the necessary companionship assistance. If an essential caregiver is unable to visit during regular visiting, arrangements can be made to accommodate their schedule, ensuring the resident's needs are met.

​We kindly ask all visitors to respect the privacy and personal needs of others while engaging with the space. Your understanding and consideration contribute to a welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone. Thank you for being mindful and supportive of each individual's boundaries
​Please be aware that there is no limit on the number of visitors. However, if you are planning a large group, we kindly ask that you contact us in advance. This will help us ensure that we can accommodate everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

Infection Control Policy for Visitors

Hand sanitizer is available at the facility entrance for all visitors.

Restrooms are accessible to visitors for proper handwashing.

The facility does not mandate vaccinations or immunizations for residents, staff, or visitors.

The facility reserves the right to request visitor sign-in upon entry and may conduct temperature checks.
